  • If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for quick resolution.
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, clearance/sale items, and personalized/custom products are non-returnable.
